Not sure how these other reviews have a 5 star rating... this extension is absolutely awful. Very clunky and laggy, basic UI, and it doesn't even call when using with Zoho. Support team for 8x8 is shocking too, they literally just point you to a support post online, which just shows you how to set up. If you want my advice, use a different PBX system! |

Useless. Honestly 8x8 is something to avoid if you want something beyond an individual cell phone number. Even then, the service isn't great. Been using it for years with my company of 50 people. |
