Customer support seems great however, they are rarely helpful. The GetPropsect Chrome extension is buggy. The search stops, doesn't pick up where you left off and freezes my screen. I have to constantly restart or refresh. It takes too long to use this tool compared to other LI extraction tools I've used. Also, the emails are hardly verified and even the verified ones bounced back. I use another tool to obtain emails and they find more verified emails. Sadly, I had to cancel their service because of all the issues with extracting emails and leads from LinkedIn. |
