This software is beyond awful. Frequently runs my CPU usage up to 99% for God knows why. For such a basic program it should absolutely not use that much of my CPU. When this happens it renders my server practically useless until I can force close (and that's IF I can) all the aspera connects that pop up in my task manager. IT has tried multiple times to fix the issue, but nothing they do seems to fix the problem including updating the software to the latest version and uninstalling to reinstall. |

I need to download the aspera extension for files of 500mb+. I have downloaded it. tried too added in to the extensions folder in the safari browser. I get the message again that the extension is missing. I can't select it in the preferences either. Then I tried google chrome, where I run into the same problem. In short, really a shame and badly programmed. |

As far as I can tell, this does absolutely nothing. After installing the extension and the application, both of which work independently, I still get messages saying that I need to install the application. Even when the application is open and running, no downloads start. |

The most awful extension I have ever seen. It asks to install extension and application, but it never works. I have already spent five hours trying to download the files I need, but no result. |
