I've used the service for a couple of weeks and after seeing the useless interaction it created I've decided to shut down all the pods. Unfortunately this thing charged me for months of no activity.
No support. I cannot even get the invoices for my company. Third time I wrote to support without any response. It's a shady company and a bad product.

I absolutely love lempod. It helped me connect with some amazing experts, grow my engagement, reach new audience. Also - the support team is VERY responsive.

Used it for couple of months to test and here are my findings:
1. Engagement from the pod over time will only kill your natural engagement (track your data and figure it out for yourself);
2. Most of the comments are very generic and you will constantly find your profile commenting some weird stuff to the same people over and over again (unless you join likes only pods);
3. Last part was the most frustrating. After deleting the extension I found that my profile still comments on posts. I tried to reach out to support twice, got 0 answers and now my support window won't even load. The post in FB group was immediately deleted.
