Over the past year I have earned thousands of points through the Rapid Rewards Shopping program. Many of those miles were earned when I was in a hurry and didn't go through the RR Shopping website. It's great having this app letting me know when I shop on a website that offers rewards during those rushed times. Rapid Rewards Shopping and the Shopping Button are definitely great additions to the Southwest Airlines experience. |

I'm new to Rapid Rewards and I am SO GLAD they have the shopping experience! We are working on it helping us get to FREE Companion Fare and just in time when we needed some new luggage! Why would anyone NOT use this site?! It is SO easy to use, basically a no brainer. Getting up to 5 points per dollar is AMAZING! LOVE LOVE LOVE this and Rapid Rewards! Make sure to add the Rapid Rewards Shopping Button!! It automatically comes in to play even when I'm not thinking about it! |

Made many purchases. Only some actual resulted in rewards. Made 2 large purchases using the shopping app only to be told that the vendor decided not to provide the rewards for my purchase. |

SO EASY TO EARN POINTS!!! I absolutely love this, especially when you perfom google searches it shows you what websites offer the rewards points so yuou choose them over the ones that don't!!! highly recommend!!! |
