The extension is quite useful for the pre-defined Queues, however when I create a new view in SFDC and select view list in extension than getting error like "Relationships are not supported." |

This plugin can be extremely useful to anyone working with Cases in Salesforce. I had some troubles setting up desktop notification part and support team was very helpful with it. Definitely recommend it! |
