Very handy. It's great being able to log emails against accounts and contacts but I also find it useful for finding out certain account details. I don't actually have to open SFDC. I can stay in GCAL or GMAIL and get the info I need to do what I need to do there and then. 1up :) |

This is not an easy integration to find because I always try to look for it at the mail tool level and as a browser extension it is difficult to locate, but it is well worth finding. This integration does what I need it to do to integrate emails into Salesforce for tracking. The interface is clean and simple. I highly recommend this approach. I've tried a few paid options that fail miserably in comparison. |
