By breathing deeply for 5 seconds in and 5 seconds out we can suppress the natural stress response. Stress has a big impact on our cognitive functioning. It,s a good extension. but it could be better if have a potential for change time to breathing. and also potential for create a circle time for alarm time for breath. |

I like the idea, but I need to be able to grab the little box and move it around. I adjusted youtube with tampermonkey scripts to have the screen large and on top of the page and the breathing box is in the way. A basic sound to follow would be nice, and being able to choose just sound or just the visual would be great. The Paced Breathing android app has good examples for sound ideas, simple pleasant tones that sound different so you can easily follow without having to look at anything. But it's really cool that you even made a basic functional breathing guide, being able to move it around would make it plenty good enough. |
