By far the best compression format and tool for years on Windows, and now on Android. Small issue: if you delete files from an archive which has a recovery record the app (unlike WinRar) doesn't create a new recovery record even if the default profile options are set to create one. As a result, you have to UnRar the entire archive, delete files and then recreate the archive with a recovery record. |

Does the job, compresses and decompresses without fuss or drama or ads in your face with every click. Yes, the interface is old school, directory structure based, not point and drool, but if you are looking for a tool like this, you should understand directory hierarchy. Yes, there are adverts, the occasional full screen obvious sort, not that nasty subtle sort trying to lure in misclicks. Overall, full of win! |

I needed to extract a zip file. No big deal. Looked for an app. Saw Files by Google instructions which seemed easy so i installed it -- but there's NO extraction option/button and all troubleshooting/help led back to the instructions. So i installed Universal extractor. 1 minute later my file was unzipped, placed in the appropriate file and able to use. If only all apps performed like this one. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! A whole new world has opened up for me! |

Best app ever! Worked perfectly. I needed to unzip some pics and all I had to do was click on the file, select where you want it stored, and you're done. Ads are just a little ribbion on the bottom of the screen. Highly recommend.??? |

As a result, you have to UnRar the entire archive, delete files and then recreate the archive with a recovery record. (*Adding* files to an archive does recreate the recovery record.) It would good if this was fixed. |

The app pauses extracting files when encountering an existing file in the destination folder. It should be really helpful if it would just notify me when this error happens. I was wondering why it is stuck a certain percentage only to find out in only needs to RENAME AUTOMATICALLY...... maybe better if there's a setting for this error (checkbox before operation) that it will automatically rename without confirmation. |

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Very handy Universal Extractor on Windows for unzipping archived files, which I have the need to do so far more regularly than I expected. Compares extremely favorably with the desktop application that would be familiar to most people. |

This is an excellent app, doing what is promised. It might take some time until you fully understand how it works, but once you figured out how to use it, everything is working very well. I've read some of the negative comments, but most of them are either for a previous version or simple mistakes by the users (no offense). No lags, no annoying and or inappropriate ads, and the "harassing sub pop up" is imo completely understandable, and definitely worth the money. Keep up the good work. |
