Very user friendly. Helped me to know who mentioned me on Project tasks, updates on my tasks and email alerts all in single click with Buzz without having to switch into the CRM.

Vtiger Buzz is excellent idea for having all notifications in separate window outside the Vtiger. Saved my time in switching different windows and made quicker communications with internal team. Easy to open and close the extension without requiring much clicks even when I'm working on other websites.

As CEO, i am in different internal groups - Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service,..etc. Good portion of my time goes into reviewing and responding to messages from colleagues in different teams. I get mentioned directly or through a group-mention on Project Tasks, Opportunities, and Cases. With Buzz, i see all messages in one place and respond.

Buzz has enabled us to move most internal communication away from Email.

Our sales team like it too because they get quick responses and approvals. Our customer support team is able to resolve cases faster by collaborating through mentions.
