Linking Wikipedia articles to Cochrane reviews

The extension activates when browsing Wikipedia. If the Wikipedia article which is being viewed is classified as a disease, then a list of relevant Cochrane reviews will be displayed.

Nice resource. It works (With high sensitivity) for identifying reviews that mention the disease. However, as I said it has very high sensitivity, ie, it includes a list of many Cochrane reviews that just mention the disease. I t would be good to make it more specific focusing on the "population" of the review, and retrieving reviews that only mention the disease in the Population or the outcomes.
Also, it does not work for drugs. I'd be excellent if you could find reviews when reading about the intervention, not only the disease. I can imagine a significant amount of non-experts readers might search for the drug to determine if useful or not. Would be excellent to have this option!
