I wanted to test Chrome OS Flex on some of our devices so I went through the tedious task of installing the recovery utility, downloading the OS image, unpacking, writing, verifying ... This Chromebook Recovery Utility did not work for Acer Chromebook 15 (CB5-571), which was on the list. I thought it might be my error, so I was determined to give it a try three times following instructions from the beginning to the end..."An unexpected error has occurred. Please refer in the URL for troubleshooting tips." It's a LOOP to nowhere. |
