Love this app, exactly what I was looking for! Being able to organize with tags and cover images is super useful.

Saving image takes a bit longer time and become troublesome when saving a bunch of images(not all). Can we have an option to disable the "Save image" popup and just let the extension to save images in background after clicking "Save image" from context menu.

This app makes your bookmarks appear beautifully, tons of options for sorting/displaying them in mood boards, card view, etc. Very visually appealling

As some reviewers have stated, this doesn't utilize/coincide with your current Chrome bookmarks, so if you use Raindrop you'll need to import them all in. Which is easy to do, if you have thousands of it takes maybe 3-5 minutes for them to import, and your current folder structure from Chrome bookmarks does appear perfectly as nested folders in Raindrop.

Reason for the 3-star review is that once bookmarks are in, there is not a way to export the bookmarks into the same ordered format that they previously were in within Chrome. I tested the export function, you will be emailed a .html file, and can then import that into Chrome/Opera/etc browser of choice, but after doing so the order of the bookmarks and folders is jumbled up seemingly at random (perhaps behind the scenes it is in date-order? But there is no way to tell). The bookmarks do not retain their user-specified ordering. I sent a support ticket to see if there is any solution, no reply so far but will see.

Probably most people this won't matter at all and they'll love the app but just understand that it would have to be your sole bookmark tool going forward; for me personally since I can't trust that this app will necessarily exist in several years (coming from someone who loved Cooliris app back in the day, before it was bought by Yahoo and then just disappeared forever), it doesn't seem safe to import years of bookmarks with precise ordering without the ability to regularly export backup files.

Visual Bookmarks does a similar though much simpler function of showing thumbnails of all your bookmarks, but it also directly coincides with your Chrome native bookmarks (make a change in Chrome, it is immediately reflected in the app). So there is no risk if it were to stop functioning one day that your bookmarks or ordering would be lost. One idea I had is just to sometimes import everything into Raindrop.io to see the mood board and other enhanced visuals, but not actually do any new saving of bookmarks into Raindrop.io

Managing and syncing bookmarks across several dozen Chrome and Edge profiles and filtering through tons of sub-folders to keep things in order is no-longer a concern - moved to this tool in less than 15 minutes.

It's simply perfect in every aspect. What I love most about it compared to other bookmark managers is the flawless and fast synchronization. I can very easily access all of my bookmarks from the Android app and vice versa. Functionality is the same for PC and Android version. It's so simple to use and it let's you do anything you want without you being overwhelmed by too many options. They really found the right spot between intuitive design and functionality. For me, it's the best Chrome/Edge extension out there.

I'm looking for an app/bookmark manager to help me organize my bookmarks for a project I'm developing, so I want to be able to look at the Project folder and subfolders and see which bookmarks are in there and, specifically, preview the links. Thus, for example, under Project subfolders such as GUI Art Assets, User Art Assets, Game Art, etc. This seemed like a good app for that. I imported my Chrome folders, no problem. BUT when I add a subfolder (e.g. under Project, adding a folder called Graphics) that doesn't show up in Raindrop.io. I added 4 subfolders and none of them show up. I can't find any way for them to show up. I've sent a couple of notes to support asking how to fix this and no reply. If I can't easily add or subtract folders, this is pretty useless to me as a bookmark manager.

At first I was not really all that impressed purely because of the amount of time it took me to re-organise my bookmarks. I actually cancelled my pro subscription first but then went back and reactivated it because once I got over reorganisation hurdle (my laziness) I finally understood the power of this little app and I don't know how I have ever lived without out it LOVE IT

Блин, что за приколы с пропадающими тэгами? Проскакивало пару недель назад, вроде пофиксили, но теперь вновь вернулся этот баг. Мне, преположим, срочно не надо, но всё равно бесит.

Very useful. Works as advertised, both in Chrome and Firefox, good and fast user support.

In Chrome make sure you check the 'Highlight saved pages' options and give extension the proper permissions, otherwise Chrome security will prevent saving all tabs.
