Master your time the visual way!

Timebox++ is based on the idea of timeboxing, i.e. allocating a fixed time period to each planned activity. The point is to prevent pitfalls of Parkinson's law: "work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion", i.e. it's a good idea to set a time limit on any task you're trying to accomplish.

It's a minimalist timer with only one button - Start/Stop. All you need to get work done.

🚀 Ideal workflow
⭐️ Choose the task
⭐️ Set a time limit
⭐️ Press the Start button
⭐️ Grind!
⭐️ Done :)

🚀 Eye candy features
⭐️ 2 visual styles - sequential and random
⭐️ 32 color variants

Completely free and with no ads

I mean this feels mostly useless but it works just as it says so 5 stars. I like the amount of colors available and the ease of use. Also random dots disappearing is fun to look at but luckily not distracting.

If yall think 1 hour max is not enough, right click the scroll bar and click inspect. Then change the number next to "max=" to a big number. This will increase the max value (temporarily) of the scroll bar and basically lets you set it to infinite. The only issue is that the dots will go out the screen but that's fine.

It is a beautiful extension that gets the job done. Unfortunately there's bit of an annoying bug in it. After the first time the timer goes of, the notification bell is rung repeatedly. It doesn't seem to turn off. Otherwise, it's a great extension.
