I really like this app. I love being able to see the amount of time spent on various sites, and I also really like the Instant lockdown feature. Personally I think it's good that there's no way to turn it off because I sometimes think "Oh I'll just do this quick thing" when I'm supposed to be working, and I'm glad I can't.

I docked a star because I'd really like to be able to see how long I've got left when using Instant Lockdown--there should be a countdown or timer or something I can check. And also because the time accrued on each site seems to also include any open tab rather than when I'm actively using the website. I tend to have a lot of tabs open, so I feel like this skews the data a bit.

But I still really like it and recommend it.

I'm addicted to Twitter. I admit it. My working productivity has plummeted as I spend hours just doom scrolling.
I decided to try and have a set time during the day where I can't social media at all. I now give myself five hours to work. I've been smashing my quotas and then some. I have so much extra time left over after working I end up cleaning up more, reading more, and just chilling and contemplating more story ideas. It's been fantastic ... I do still get that "gotta check it" niggle from time to time, but its moved to the back of the head instead of hammering me from front of my mind all the time.
