Bernard Choy 2022-04-06 Hi all Users of Streak, Do you have any trouble contacting the customer service or sales contact from Streak? I have been trying to connect with them (Andrew Stewart and Olivia White) since December last year. Their replies came intermittently. They have gone responsive for a month since their last reply. Have you all contacted anybody in Streak that are responsive and is able to help in my queries? Please share it with me. Thank you very much.
Accounts 2022-03-04 I think fully integrated CRMs are the way to go and Streak is really good. The issue here is cost. We ended up choosing Nethunt over Streak. Being able to share pipelines was important. With Nethunt it's $300 per user annually and with Streak it's $600. Double the cost so employees can share data. Streak Pros - Can add entire domain to a record - Goes back and assigns old emails to a record - It's smart. Suggestions are always on point. Streak Cons - Looks Dated. - Cost Cost Cost. $600 per employee is nuts. If the $15 tier or something in between included sharing of pipelines we would've gone with Streak
Steve Ewart 2022-02-08 Great tool. Especially love the email tracker. However, I am deleting it because I just realized that it REQUIRES FULL permissions (Read/Edit/Delete) for Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts and Calendar. Why does it need Read/Write/Delete for all of those services!?!?!? Here are the REQUIRED permissions. YIKES! -Read, compose, send, and permanently delete all your email from Gmail -See, edit, create, and delete all of your Google Drive files -See, edit, download, and permanently delete your contacts -See, edit, share, and permanently delete all the calendars you can access using Google Calendar
