The extension doesn't work 90% of the time. Not detecting recipients, not allowing to turn off tracking, track email that it shouldn't etc. |

Your classic bait and switch CRM. Promise you the world and the software comes up short. Missing major key functions to actually function a business. Made me pre pay for an entire year, and dont offer refunds or cancellations. That should tell you all you need to know. |

The email tracker no longer shows the number of email opens within Gmail itself. I can still see the number of opens from the copper dashboard and the Gmail extension. Not sure if this was an intentional change. |

Great option for small to medium businesses. The value for the price is great in comparison to competitors. The catch is that you need to take the time to customize for your business needs but once you get there, it is very helpful. |

2020 Update: The chrome extension is great, bringing all the best parts of Copper to Gmail. Particularly like the functionality that allows you to append a one-off email to an a record (person/opportunity/lead/company/project). |
