This is the first time I've had a productivity tool that has matched how my brain works. Most productivity tools insist on making you focus, which doesn't mesh well with my ADD/Constant context switching. This tool enables me to manage many different areas of focus by minimize the penalty for context switching.

If you work in a primarily browser based environment there is no better tool to keep you organized.
The ability to work on multiple projects is unmatched by any tool I used so far. I can switch between projects and then get back to the exact point I was at with all my work tabs open in the correct order.
Workona also give you the ability to do basic project management.
I don't know how I worked before Workona, it is worth the money.
